  2. (SELECT) Conferences to Scan - Function Help

  5. Subcommands:  (S) (D) (#) (#-#)
  6.  
  7.               (S)   selects ALL conferences
  8.               (D)   deselects ALL conferences
  9.               (#)   toggles a specific conference on or off
  10.               (#-#) toggles a range of conferences on or off
  11.  
  12. Description:  The SELECT function is used to tell the system which conferences
  13.               you are interested in (or not interested in).  It affects the
  14.               scanning of conferences when reading or searching for mail.
  15.  
  16.               The command can also be used to reset the Last Message Read
  17.               pointers in each of the conferences selected.
  18.  
  19. Examples:
  20.  
  21.   * SELECT S <enter>
  22.  
  23.     The above command would select ALL conferences to be scanned or read.
  24.  
  25.   * SELECT 1 <enter>
  26.  
  27.     If conference #1 was already selected then it is turned off.  If it was
  28.     not already selected then it will be turned on and you will be prompted
  29.     for a new Last Message Read number for that conference.

  31.   * SELECT D 1-3 6 <enter>
  32.  
  33.     The above command starts out by deselecting all conferences after which
  34.     it reselects conferences 1 thru 3 followed by 6.  It will then prompt
  35.     the caller for any last message read changes in each of the newly
  36.     selected conferences.
